Bofalgan Injection uses include the treatment of moderate pain and fever when oral medications cannot be taken or when quick relief is needed. It contains Paracetamol in injectable form, which works by blocking the production of pain-causing chemicals (prostaglandins) in the brain, providing rapid relief from pain and fever, especially after surgery or in hospital settings.

How It Is Given:
