Byvas Tablet uses include the treatment of high blood pressure and heart failure by slowing down the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels. It contains Nebivolol, a unique third-generation beta-blocker that selectively blocks beta-1 receptors in the heart while also enhancing nitric oxide release, which causes blood vessels to dilate, resulting in effective blood pressure control with fewer side effects.
