Omatril Tablet uses include prevention of pregnancy and management of menstrual disorders. It contains Lynestrenol, a synthetic progestin hormone that works similar to the natural hormone progesterone. It prevents pregnancy by thickening cervical mucus to block sperm, preventing ovulation, and making the uterine lining unsuitable for implantation.
