About Orglu Tablet

Orglu tablet is formulated to relieve spasmodic pain which arises from smooth-muscle contractions in the gastrointestinal, urinary, biliary, and gynecological tracts. This medicine combines phloroglucinol and trimethylphloroglucinol. Both agents are known for their antispasmodic action on smooth muscles. Doctors prescribe it to relieve abdominal and pelvic pain caused by muscle spasms.

Orglu tablet is commonly used for:

Orglu Tablet Dosage and Administration

Always use the medicine as directed by your doctor:

Adult Dosage:

  • The usual dose is one to two tablets at a time, taken every 6 to 8 hours. 
  • Do not take more than six tablets in one day.

Children Dosage:

  • Not recommended for children under 6 years of age. 
  • In children over 6 years, one tablet per dose twice daily may be used (minimum interval 2 hours).
  • Do not exceed two tablets per 24 hours.

How to Take:

  • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
  • Can be taken with or without meals.
  • If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for the next dose.
  • Do not double the dose to catch up.
