I had an online consultation with Ummara during my pregnancy when, around 1 AM, I suddenly experienced some concerning symptoms. Since we were far away from the city, I had no immediate access to a doctor. Thankfully, I was able to contact her online. She listened to me very patiently, asked all the necessary questions, carefully assessed my symptoms, and explained what was happening in a very clear and reassuring way. Her suggestions using the resources available to us at that time really helped ease my discomfort. The following morning I took her prescribed medication, and Alhamdulillah, I felt much better soon after.
