میں ڈائٹنگ کرتا ہوں اس کی وجہ سے ہی کافی دیر تک پیٹ خالی رہتا ہے تو بہت زیادہ گیس بن جاتی ہے معدے میں اور پیٹ غبارے کی طرح بھول جاتا ہے جس کی وجہ سے کمر میں بھی درد ہونے لگتا ہے
