Talk to Gastroenterologist on Chronic Undiagnosed GUT Pain/inflammation

It's been two years almost I have gut pain in upper abdomen, left side under my chest. Some doctors told me it could be muscular but it's not. It gets worse with eating, taking any painkiller, or staying empty stomach sometimes. I don't know the exact trigger. But it has made my life miserable. I have been to tons of doctors. No one has given me exact diagnosis of what it could have been. And no, it's not a lump, muscle, rib, anything. It is ache n burning for months even, and sometimes it just goes away on its own and then comes back for months. Kindly HELP
