Upper Abdominal Pain

Question

pain from 2 years, intermittent, gradual in onset, severe in nature, mostly at early morning before meal
aggravated recently for 3 days right hypochondrium main point but radiates to right side as well 
relieved by painkillers and Nospa (anti-spasmodics) temporarily, aggravated with meal
associated with burning sensation epigastrium, diarrhea for 1 day, 7-8 episodes, watery, no blood or mucus. and 1 episode of vomiting
