Muhammad Imran from Sharjah ( UAE ) one month back back i post same question & everyone advise rest & medication & now result is still i am same nothing improvement my both foot PF release surgery done in 2017 & 2018 now from last two month feeling pain back side of Heel with swelling After X Ray & ultrasound here Dr diagnosed Heel Sour & Achilles Tendinitis i am chemist & doing work in Lab not all time standing but some time more standing job Dr advise Dicliofenac with anti inflammation but still pain same kindly help me what i have to do?currently i am taking Tab No Pain ( naproxen ) & Tab Brexin & Bruffen Careem for massage i am using insole to heel lift i am also doing ice massage & doing some exercises in room but still pain same as i will join duty after 2 to 3 hours pain will start cant out body weight on my right foot & right foot more pain but left foot less pain still my tendon not rupture or tear but inflamation is there now pleas
