Expile lytic lession has been seen in right hip joint h/o trauma 6years a go after than 2weeks back after playing cricket ibhad sware pain in right hip joint l do xray and doctor says it's look like expile lytic lesson or trouma, cyst etc she is also confused so help me i aslo having appointment for mri hip joint tomorrow so is it's treatment and what should i do

This looks like Fibrous Dysplasia. I would suggest MRI for clarification. The bone is thin as a result of the cyst and risk of fracture (which has probably already happened). Needs further evaluation. Contact Ali Medical Centre and ask for an appointment. DR AAMER NISAR

Looks most likely a primary benign bone pathology. A proper assessment with history and examination followed by relevant investigations including MRI. If anything suspicious then a biopsy first before deciding further management. Avoid excessive physical activity including sports as now there is evidence of bone weakness and can result in a spontaneous fracture.
