For the very first time when I started therapy with you, I didn’t know what to expect. But after two to three sessions, I realized that you had become one of my safest places after my sister and my parents. I came to these sessions feeling shattered and scared, but gradually I started rebuilding myself. I learned that growth happens slowly, smoothly and with patience. Over time I began believing in myself again and understanding my emotions better. What I appreciate the most is that I didn’t just address my presenting concerns, I learned to recognize deeper patterns and the hidden things that were affecting me. That awareness has been truly life changing. Now I feel confident that with these sessions I am becoming a more emotionally wise and self aware person.
