میرے دانتوں پر سیاہ رنگ کا پلیگ ہے بہت سی ٹوتھ پیسٹ استعمال کی فرق نہیں پڑتا. اب ایک پاؤڈر سے دانت تو اچھے سے صاف ہو گئے ہیں لیکن جو انکے کونوں میں پلیگ تھا وہ ویسے کا ویسا ہے. کوئی طریقہ جس سے یہ صاف ہو جائے.
