Take him to the dentist to confirm that no milk teeth is retained. He might need an OPG Xray. If he has allergies and breathes through mouth or sleeps with open lips, then take him to an ENT. His mouth breathing is causing the crooked teeth

Don’t worry! It will get slightly better by the time his all permanent teeth are erupted. He might need braces in future. When he will turn 12, then go for braces consultation.

After 12 age he will need ortho treatment
it will get better with time and he might need braces in future. After 13yrs of age
