charges condition k according hngy. agar paan chhaliya k stains nhi tou 3,500 otherwise max 6k for stains charge hty hn.

apni oral hygiene maintain rakhy, proper tooth brushing kry aur ta ky calculus na bny. aur dobara scaling kra le agar 6 months se ziada hogya hai scaling kye hoy
better improve your cleaning habit .. use floss before brushing.. increase brushing timings... rinse after everything you eat or drink... get scaling and polishing again
you should repeat scalling and polishing every six months and maintain proper oral hygiene
