I got a recommendation to consult Ms. Sadia through the Ask the Village Facebook group. Initially, I was hesitant to open up about my problems, as they are quite sensitive, and I had concerns about confidentiality. She provided a confidential space where I felt comfortable sharing. I found her to be an excellent listener who not only hears you out but also helps you understand the underneath roots of your problems. She guided me in resolving or effectively challenging my problems. The best part is that she never judges you and remains fully committed to your progress. I never felt like we were just talking. Each session was purposeful to achieve some goal . She also helped me set clear goals, which made therapy feel truly meaningful this time. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who feels unsure about how to deal with their problems.
