My name's Hadi.I was very disturbed both physically and mentally drained, emotionally and I was unable to get through my condition. Each day was getting more and more difficult for me. Then I consulted with Dr. Najam and in the hospital, his diagnosis for my mental illness helped me clarify what my problem was. The medicines were helpful. But there was a void. Because I spoiled myself physically and mentally. There were problems which i couldn't identify. For all this I consulted with Dr. Seher in Najam Hospital. The therapy sessions took a month or maybe five to six weeks which depends on the severity of patients. In my case, She helped me with my issues and through this professional guidance, now I have become well enough to handle my problems. Improved myself and my personality. Before I had various issues like low confidence, social anxiety, the past also but then I managed to handle all these issues with the professional guidance of the therapist and the techniques i learned helped me in my various aspects of both personal life and social life. The therapy helped me so much that i am still getting more and more improved day by day. I would also recommend people with issues like me or other , they should consult the professional guidance and seek their problems, identify the gaps and void, and they can also improve as well as I have. The techniques you should know to find your cure. I'm lucky that my turning point helped to improve my mental health.
