Im Gull from Oslo Norway. I am a mother of four kids allhamdullilah. After I gave birth to My twins, i had issues because of iron and vitamin D deficiency. Which lead to symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, tierdness. Only supplements did not help me out! I contacted Yumna and told her about my daily diet routine. I got a very helpfull plan from her. She made a diet plan for me that helped me alot to become more active. And also she is so keen and it was amazing how she gave me tips and motivated me. Im still following her plan. And it helps me feeling better day by day! I highly reccomend her ????????????????

I’ve been following Yumna’s plan for almost 3 weeks now and I can’t tell you how her program is changing my life. She is very knowledgeable and answers even the silliest of questions promptly. She is able to bring an individualized, one-on-one, element to weight management. Before consulting with her, I had followed diet plans by 4 different dieticians including a few celebrity dieticians we see on tv shows. However, their plans made me dizzy, weak, I got muscular cramps, and at one point, nutrition deficiencies started giving me severe palpitations. In short, my health got screwed. Once I began following her diet plan, I started seeing results and that too very visibly in a short span. I lost fat and my body composition improved. It’s amazing how alert and energized I feel since beginning her plan. I am thrilled and motivated to continue with her diet plan and will update my results here again in a month’s time. Highly recommended to anyone who’s concerned about their health and wellbeing. Thank you, Yumna!
