Online Consultation or Video consultation is very slow on the app... I have a very strong internet connection but app is showing a message that you have poor/week internet connection. Doctor was so kind and he call me on WhatsApp. App is not user friendly. Need lot of Improvement. Satisfied with the doctor consultation. I just received prescription. Hope for the best. overall very good experience as far as doctor consultation is concerned otherwise zero marks to makers of this app....
