Earlier, I experienced some weight loss but each time I quickly regained the weight. Now I decided to lose weight but this time with the guidelines of a professional nutritionist. I consulted Dr Usman to reduce weight and to get guidance regarding healthy eating. He is extremely knowledgeable, excellent at communicating and comfortable to talk to. Before he gave advice, he conducted a complete review of my medical history and asked questions about my eating habits and lifestyle. Within a couple of weeks of following his dietary regimen, the pounds started to drop.By the sixth month of my plan, I had lost 25 pounds and even my lab work had improved. I am well on my way to obtaining my goal. I would definitely recommend him as my expectations were far over achieved. Thank you.
