Talk to Allergy Specialist on Scaly Type Skin Around Genital Area

Hi. I am facing this problem from 3 years around genital area. Now it spread to underarms and anal region. First time when this problem started the skin was itchy and red . Now it became blackish scaly type skin. When I scratch dandruff type stuff falls. This problem resolve when I use antifungal cream but it came back when I stop using it. Plz tell me what is the problem?
