Talk to Allergy Specialist on Skin Allergy, Fungus Infection

my husband have very severe ptoblem of skin allergy in between his feet fingers since 2 years. it become very severe and painful during summers. he is using dermosporin cream and polyfax but its not getting better. plz tell me some solution to this problem picture attached.
