Talk to Andrologist on Swelling In Penis, Dry Patches And Itchy In Testicles Side And Lump

For the past 4–5 months I have had redness and itching in my penis testicles side, it was a patch kind thing it was red or turned white by time, and since 2 days there is painless swelling on the left side of foreskin (down side from the head which is most worrying for me because it never appeared before) and a lump (a pimple kinda thing) on the backside of penis. No full relief despite cleaning. No pain while urinating. I also noticed pus from pimple kind thing on my penis lowest side, it was a little bit painful. Lump size stable but swelling and itching continue. What should I do I am really worried, I am a male 18 and shower everyday just in case to keep it clean and shower with dove soap to moisturise my penis part which is dry but its too much itchy.
