Asking For Someone else, Father, Male, 60 Years old, Sargodha
Assalam o alaikum. My father has been feeling Nausea for some days. He is sleepless due to Nausea when he goes to sleep he wakes up after some minutes and says "i have some kind of fear and Nausea" . His B.P is normal and he is taking Mixtard insulin for his sugar control and some heart medicines. His ECG etc is normal and his cardiologist confirmed that it is not related to his heart. Kindly help what can we do or take any medicine against Nausea.
normally in diabetes pts in long time this occur so consult with your physician or give syrup Motilium 1 TDS and PPI In OD for a week

Get his HBA1c test done,this may be a problem related to diabetes in which stomach loose its normal contractility called diabetic gastroparesis,get his HBA1c test done first then we can see it further
