if the PR value is 350ms in ECG, is it curable with medication or life style? Can we avoid Pacemaker in this situation.
pacemaker is not indicated in first degree heart block. however you need proper evaluation by a cardiologist.
there is no medication to reduce PR interval or bring it in normal range.
