dear ur patient had suffered Acute coronary syndrome (Heart attack) leading to Acute pulmonary edema (Fluid in lungs tissue) .. ur patient heart pumping is very weak ...all these medications are available in pakistan.. but better to consult a cardiologist.. let me share best cardiologists there in quetta..
