Asking for Wife, Female, 41 years old, Rawalpindi
Assalaam u alaikum.my wife age 41.height 5.4.weight 71 kg complains that she has one sudden change of speed of heart beat at least once a day for last 4-5 days.Heartbeat is overall absolutely normal but suddenly she feels that one heart beat got missed or one heart beat was too quick.she is having frozen shoulder issue.And has fitness issue like climbing stairs his breath becomes out of control...kindly advise.

Is she Diabetic or Hypertensive?? Get her ECG, Fasting Lipid Profile and Electrolytes done.. If all normal then get Holter Monitoring done...

Hello. past history of ventricular arrhythmia (abnormal heart beat) tachychardia or any cardiac related issue? Thyroid issue? Have to get his ECG done? Do Plan for it and share it here. As far as her climbing issue etc it suggests lethargy and Is it associated with shortness of breath? If yes then ho for her normal workup of CBC, TSH. Detalied history needed and current ECG BP status.

Could you please get her blood and other done, including, TSH, CBC, electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium), ECG, Echo and Holter. Just share the results and we will take it from there. Anyways her problem seems to be ventricular extrasystole but we have to assess the causes and rule out the underlying stryctural heart disease and sinister arrhythmias
