Asking for Husband, Male, 30 years old, Riyadh
Salam! My husband gets pain right in the middle of chest. We went to cardiologist all perfect,then a chest specialist he had some tests done but didnot give any satisfying answer. I can attach the tests,ecg etc reports here. Any chest specialist?
These are normal test.I will advise ETT for reassurance.
Important to know risk profile.Smoking,diabetes, hypertension , family history of heart disease or cholesterol.Recommend cardiology evaluation and Echocardiogram initially then maybe stress thallium.

Yes he smokes a little,but no history of heart disease,no cholestrol,no diabetes nothing else. We didnot do cholestrol tests ,do we need to check?

Hes having this pain when he coughs or deep breaths,the cardiologist here said its chest problem and not heart. And the chest specialist gave him an enhaler. Hes asthamatic already.
