some time I have fell chest pain in my left side but I have do ecg and echo the result was clear found no problem but now some time not frequently we fell a little bit pain in my chest and shoulder muscles some time.

there can be many reasons for your symptoms and a normal resting ECG and ECHO does not rule out underlying coronary artery issues.
