I am having chestpain off and on in the middle and left side two months ago ecg and other heart blood tests are normal just one thought in my mind heart attack no family history is it cardiac pain or not?
Ur ecg is normal. Its not heart attack. Seems to be muscular issue

if cardiac workup is normal then it most likely isn't cardiac pain.

Yes itni zda nai h bs thora sa tez bhgu like kfi tez to heartbeat tez hoke normal hojati wse normal walk pe ya brisk walk pr nai hoti koi pain just at rest come and go wla dbao pra rhta h and sometimes heartbeat tez hojati h me bacha hu bs dra howa hu kindly clear my doubt jazakllah
