I m 65 yrs male & needs your further guidance in light of following CT CORONARY ANGIOGRAPH Calcium Score LT main 0 LAD 70 LCX 02 RCA 27 Diagonal branch 20 Total 119

Left Main Stem: • Normal bifurcating vessel. Left Anterior Descending Artery: • Moderate proximal disesae due to mixed plaque, mid and distal segments are normal. Diagonal branches are normal. Left Circumflex Artery: • Small caliber normal vessel. Right Coronary Artery: • Dominant vessel with normal proximal, mid and distal segments. PDA and PLB are normal. LV Angiogram: • EDV 134ml • ESV 57ml • Ejection Fraction 58% whether any narrowing or Blockage in LAD if so, what is its percentage ?

not needed as we already know the disease. continue medical therapy and If u feel any chest pain or difficulty in breathing then better to get ur checkup done

Dear Sir,
Currently I am on following medical Therapy:-

Sitagliptin/metformin 50/500mg one at morning and night after meal (Being Diabetic since 14 Yrs)
Glimepiride 1mg one at morning and night before meal
Losartan potassium 25mg one at Evening
Bisoprolol. 2.5 mg one at morning
Rosuvastatin 5 mg one at night .
Clopidogrel 75 mg one daily at noon

Whether this treatment is appropriate OR any change/addition in above medicines is required ?

dose of Rosuvastatin is 20 mg for cardiac patients. and better to start aspirin 75 mg instead of clopidogrel. rest is fine

I m on BISOPROLOL 2.5mg LOSARTAN 25 mg ROSUVASTATIN 5mg AND CLOPIDOGREL 75mg (All one tab Daily) In your opinion these medicines are OK in my condition & would be enough to prevent any Heart Attack ?
