ECG is normal. however a normal ecg does not rule out underlying heart diseases, you need to visit in clinic for proper evaluation and further management plan.

your ECG has a precipitation changes , short PR interval, you are likely to get paroxysms of tachycardia.Try to get Ecg during tachycardia.if not possible see an electro physiologist for 48 hour holter monitoring and possible EPSS. Get an echocardiogram.Stop your caffeine intake .have good sleep.
