Aoa.

your echocardiogram shows normal functioning of heart with mild valvular leakage.

given the history provided symptoms can be related to stress which in turn causes strain on the heart, however we can only attribute your symptoms to stress once we have ruled out cardiac and all other non cardiac causes of your symptoms.

A normal echo and ECG does not rule out underlying cardiac disease and needs further investigations accordingly.

I would suggest you to book an online appointment for proper evaluation and further management plan.

Echocardigram is fine other than mild mitral regurgitation
Just a follow up echocardiogram after 2 to 3 years is required and nothing more to see progression of this mitral regurgitation
