The ETT reflects a hypertensive type of ETT response. What we need is an echo to looks for LVH and diastolic dysfunction. we also need a CT angiography and a lipid profile and blood sugar if not done.

well there is symptoms for which test was stopped with the significant ECG changes in introlate leads mets also not achieved and target heart rate as well so this can be regarded as positive ETT
needs coronary angiogram and possibly and your plasty for this positive ETT
