Talk to Cardiologist on Exercise Anxiety

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 24 years old, Lahore

I often experience anxiety and have had significant stress in the past about hearth health .Recently, after exercise or when my heart rate increases, I find it difficult to relax and sometimes feel an unusual sensation in my chest, including a feeling of numbness or reduced sensation. There is no strong pain, but it feels uncomfortable and unusual.

I have had an ECG and chest X-ray, and one more test is still pending. I’m attaching the reports. Could you please advise whether these symptoms and test findings suggest a heart-related issue, a nerve/muscle issue, or something related to anxiety/stress, and whether any further evaluation is needed?
