Fast Heart Beat Problem

Question

I am a recover covid patient. Its been one month i am fully recovered but problem is i am facing fast heart beat even at rest position.

At rest my heart beat range is 100 to 120

and during physical activity like walk or if i ride bike, my heart beat range is 120 to 165.

I am taking CaC 1000 , theragran ultra on dialy basis + pentoxol M 1 tab daily

Should be rule out cause of tachycardia??? Either physiological or other issue.. concerned with cardiologist, do ecg, blood cp, thyroid profile..
