Do you experience palpitations or shortness of breath? Is it constantly fast or you experience it intermittently.
The echo is normal and ecg shows fast heart rate. You should have your serum TSH done first to rule out metabolic cause. If it comes out normal you might need rhythm monitoring. For now get your thyroid profile done.

Sorry it accidentally got deleted. Hope you got the answer. Better to have an extended one i.e. The thyroid profile. If comes out normal go for Holter for your intermittent symptoms

Echo & ECG both are quite Normal.
Now the question is why the heartbeat has increased..
According to your ECG the rhythm is sinus tachycardia.
Reason:
1. Strenuous exercise,
2. Fever,
3. Fear,
4. Stress,
5. Anxiety,
6. Certain medications, and
7. Street drugs,
8. Anemia,
9. Overactive thyroid,
There must be 1 or 2 or 3 of these reasons

both tests are normal...there are so many other reasons for tachycardia or palpitation other than heart.

Do you have increased heart rate all the time or this is off and on? Do you sweat more? How much is your blood pressure? You better check your thyroid profile. If you are troubled with palpitations then start some bblocker eg tab concor 2.5 mg od
