hey i m from uk i really want to ask about my mother issue whenever i checked her bloodline pressure at home its normal even heart rate as well so why its happen whenever she's goinh hospital could please let me know about ecg which type of treatment she need medication and cure and wht is this?

normal home blood pressure but raised hospital/clinic blood pressure could be due to anxiety called white coat hypertension. But to confirm this we need 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Contact your local hospital regarding availability of this investigation.

Thankyou for consultation.If her blood pressure is normal and high in clinic or hospital setting,it is called White Coat Hypertension and this does not need any treatment.As your mother is 55years old, she needs some baseline tests for screeing purpose which include HBA1c,FBS,TSH, Lipid Profile, CBC,Creatinine/Electrolytes and ECG( will see once uploaded).Regards

ECG shows left bundle branch block.Multiple reasons for it,needs evaluation.Along with all suggested blood tests, she needs exhocardiogram also.I suggest to do all these tests and have a consultation in clinic with a cardiologist so that she could be evaluated for any possible cardiac issue if present.Regards

Some times it needs treatment and sometimes it does not, and if no treatment required then regular follwup is needed once or twice yearly.For proper evaluation,your mother needs to be present either physically in clinic or via online consultation.Your mother diabetes status is well controlled as per your saying of last HBA1c test.
