Better you go for basic tests atleast like ECG and blood tests like FLP HBA1C RFTs TFTs LFTs and CBC. If we find anything in these tests then can go for advance tests
heart valves and wall are two different things..
initially you have to get your ecg and echo done to see both and if needed further testing will be required
Heart ‘walls’ are supposed to be closed. Thats crucial to keep u alive ?
