BP fluctuate karta hai medicine k saath bhi aur medicine k baghair bhi.
har waqt BP aik sa nahi hota, it is normal phenomenon.

If the treatment for hypertension has been started recently then be informed it takes about 3 weeks for bp to be normalized after starting anti hypertensive treatment
secondly, he has high cholesterol which needs to be controlled. He is also Vitamin D deficient so needs treatment with vitamin D supplements as well
