Talk to Cardiologist on Increase In Heart Rate

Assalamualaikum @all , I am going through alot of messs right now I hope someone will understand this , Actually I was Diagnosed with Alopecia Areata 2Months ago , It gave me a lot of stress , I went to Dermatologist She gave me Deltacortil 5mg + Pillgrow And Monoxidil 5% , I was using it for last 2 weaks , But Now I noticed a increase in my heart rate suddenly, Every time i feel that My heart is Rate is so high , I went to doctor Get ECG she said its fine but After coming back from Office after breakfast (I work night time) my heart rate get increase. and never get decrease, NOW IT CAN Be BECAUSE OF 3 THINGS 1, It can be BECAUSE of Deltacortil 2, It can be because of quitting smoking ( i was a smoker for 3 yrs then j quite it suddenly after diagnosis of Alopecia Areata 3 , It can be because of something else But my heart rate is always increased, But i didn't notice any other change in my body , like weaknes , pain , dizziness or any thing only my Heart Rate!! please give an
