Left Sided Heart Damage

Question

hi so my father has cough and trouble sleeping in night from about a month, then he started developing leg edema, followed by severe fatigue...
now he has kidney issue from quite sometime and the doctor said that this cough is not serious...
now his Echo reports are  that he has one valve not functioning, please let me know should we get him admitted in a hospital  is able to walk around easily...
