send ECG
More details would help make better assessment and online appoint would be the best. However if unable to do so I would say generally at your age these symptoms do not point towards heart condition. I would suggest to improve your eating habits.
w salam.. do ur ECG , Blood Cp and TFT'S. better to vet checked by a physician/ cardiologist
Madam unusual awareness of own heartbeats is called Palpitations.
Palpitations may occur due to various reasons:
1. Fast heart rate (many causes)
2. Slower heart rate (many causes)
3. Irregular heart rate (many causes)
4. Being overcautious about heartbeats
5. Thin lean patients can feel heart beats especially in recumbent position (normal)
- Avoid being overcautious about it
- Do regular aerobic exercise, this will condition the heart and Palpitations will go away over time.
- If anytime you feel Palpitations, just relax, count your pulse rate and assess regularity.
- If rate more than 100 at rest or irregular, have an ECG done
