Could you please tell me that perimembranous vsd malaligned with 50% aortic arch with normal spo2 maintaing at 95-97 and tolerating feed and he is 5 days old now is there any chance of spontaneous closure of vsd or surgery is the only option at 6-9 month can you please answer does large perimembranous vsd close on its own is there any chance of spontaneously closing thankyou
