My son is 16. We would like a comprehensive psychological assessment, including cognitive/IQ assessment , attention, executive functioning, planning, task initiation, time management and academic functioning. He understands what he needs to do but often doesn’t initiate or prioritize tasks without reminders. But sometimes he do all things by himself. I want u to suggest me regarding his issues.
