Talk to Child Psychologist on Child Psychologist/psychiatrist Please

I am really worried. Mom of 2 yr old baby girl here I never thought it will be so much overwhelming for handling terrible two phase. I live in a joint family. My little one is the first born in family so spoiled by grand parents ofcourse. I live here in joint family. My husband lives far away from us . Visit once a year. The problem is she cries alot over every thing . My day starts with her crying and ends with her cries. I can see peopl aRound getting annoyed by her behavior. She melts down every time we don't fulfill her needs . She wants it so she will cry louder if we don't listen or fulfill her request. Sometimes its really hard for me to tackle her and the noise from people like "why is she behave like this, we have never seen a child like her . " "You don't know how to handle a child. " Even my immediate family members get irritated. It hurts me the most. I failed at dealing with a 2 year old baby. It really painful for me . How to listen her. I try to understand it if her body aches bur mostly its just a way of expressing her desires.
