Talk to Cosmetic Surgeon on Joints/ Muscles Pain

I have de quervain's tenosynovitis in both hands . , its worse in my left hand. I have some other joint pain as well , shoulder, Feet and sometime when I get tired or exhausts My whole body Aches . I can't lift or carry anything for more than 5-10min , even a plate when eating food. its been 5 years since I diagnosis with de quervain's tenosynovitis , but Pain is much older , I can't remember when I exactly it start to hurt , maybe in last years of my school days. I am not sure which Specialist I suppose to get it check. Should it be Orthopedics ,physiotherapist, rheumatologist. Also last eid ul adha , I fractured my left hand, I use to go PIMS but after fracture I stop going due to embarrassment. These days I am feeling terrible pain my wrist , and I am confuse what should I do or who to visit.
