Talk to Cosmetic Surgeon on Lower Left Back Pain

1 year before , lower left back pain started it was mild, now time by time it is getting worst . Such a uncomfortable feeling on left side of abdomen( front and back )also. Sometime feeling numbness in left leg also. With this pain (LLBP )I feel,i have lost sensation of smell and taste also to some extant . 3 years back ,I had constipation Jo k on off chlty rehty ha abi b. I feel fear during poop because sometime it is hard and painful process and I have external homoroids . While laying down the pain in lower left back gone but uncomfortable feeling on left side didn't' go. While sitting ,if i relax my back ,I feel pain in lower left back . What are reasons ,and curable or not
