Assalam mo alikum! I am a student of 2nd year MBBS and 23 years old. I have a cosmetic problem and that is my nose is too much fatty and big at the tip and nostril Area . This nose big size is also present in our family like in brother, father, uncle and grandfather , kindly inform me what i can do should I go for a surgery or not , or can it be treated without surgery. if any person has a problem which is treatable, i think he should go for treatment, he has broad nose, and it is very noticeable deformity on face.
