Talk to Cosmetic Surgeon on Nose Tilted

Hello When I take a pic of myself from my cell phone rear camera i see my own pic and my nose looks not straight its a bit tilted towards left side at the bottom/end of the nose rest is fine and straight.

One think more is that i did have an accident but i think this nose problem was from beginning

Can anyone guide my what treatment is required in if its natural base or accident base? and any cost range for both condition please? estimated.
