I have been having 24/7 pain in shoulders heels and palms from last 2 year\'s now it\'s very severe and stays always I am seeking guidance which specialist I go to orthopedic or physiotherapist

first of all do blood culture....and ruleout any infection...and must go for uric acid...if its high then medication but i prefer a chiropractor or physiotherapist if u want to avoid medication .
